PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and developing the licensing business for Taffy Entertainment’s portfolio of animated entertainment brands in France and Belgium. Key responsibilities include:

- Sales, account management, securing new partners, deal negotiation and budgeting.
- Growing business by finding new licensing partners and initiatives as well as maximizing current relationships.
- Manage budget and forecasting processes in accordance with sales trends and business opportunities.
- Product development and working with licensee to establish marketing and retail strategy and assist in executing plans.
- Deal negotiation and contract management.

REQUIREMENTS
- 5-8 years minimum domestic licensing experience. Licensor experience preferred, however, sales, retail, marketing or manufacturing experience in licensing related fields.
- BA/BS in a related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience.
- Very strong sales skills, excellent presentation skills. Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent people management, entrepreneurial, and strategic thinking skills, established relationships in the industry.
- Team player.
- Proven track record in managing high level business relationships.
- Skilled in negotiating, deal structuring and closing.
- Demonstrated fiscal responsibility including budgeting, P & L, and forecasting.
- Strong product knowledge and marketing savvy.
- Experience working with entertainment companies in a similar capacity a must..
